Two things:

1: I have changed wisp ferment a little in hematurgy. You still have to
have the serum or tincture in reanimation, but if you use wisp ferment
instead of just the normal ferment, you will get double the amount of
fills. Mind you I have increased the blood cost on wisp ferment and may
increase it more.

2. I have fixed scalpels. They will now produce a random amount of
additional slices.
