CRYSTALISM

- Palpitation will give a secondary room message after embedded
now. Like all the other vibes.
SUBTERFUGE
-------------------
- Phased players cannot be targetted with emotes anymore.
- Evade will no longer be detected by angel tracing, forest watching,
or the rite of all-sight.
- Yank will be stopped by mass once again.
FERALITY
-------------------
- Fixed some messages with ferality failure when mounted.
- Fixed a problem with ferality attacks skipping reflections.
- Throatclaw stops all shouting and yelling now.
- Ferality bite and claw skills should more properly take into account
broken arms and balance when determining if you can use claws or
bites.
- Spinalrip paralysis will no longer carry over through death.
- Fixed some misleading messages with skullcrush.
- I have fixed some issues with ferality damage. In some cases it was
using intelligence to modify damage instead of strength.
- Groinrip will halve the avoidance skillset properly now.
- Groinrip and Speenrip will give the proper 'wearing off' messages
now. (They were swapped)
LYCANTHROPY
-------------------
- The Quietus message will be different for violate and draw heart.
- PWHO will no longer display players chameleon names.
- You can no longer follow players with Lycanthrope return.
- Pack challenge results will be messaged to offline players now.
HOWLING
-------------------
- Baleful howls no longer removes deafness before applying
sensitivity.
- Howling will now properly fade 60 seconds from the time you howl. In
other words you should no longer experience two howls dissipating at
the same time.
- Snarling has a DEFENSES message now.
- Fixed some problems getting double howl messages for certain howls.
- Fixed a problem with howls reporting that they hit people who were
not even in the room.
- Numbsense will block the piercing howl from stripping deafness.
- Logins and Logouts will clear howls now.
- Throatslash will keep you from starting any new howls, but it will
not stop currently running howls.
- Packhowl previously never went through deafness. It will now go
through deafness if the howl leader is using boneshaking.
