GENERAL

- You can no longer follow a player through a gate if you are impaired
in anyway that would normal impede your movement.
- Living players who die while buried underground can now approach the
Mirror
- Paying a negative amount for library upkeep will no longer add to
the required amount

DOMINATION
------------------
- Firelord will not longer hit through shield.
- The bubonis entity will display when it is attacking now.

CORPUS
------------------
- Arrow Catching will clear when one is cured of Vampirism

VENOM
------------------
- Selarnia delivered via loki will give the correct masked message
now.
- Delphinium gives you a message when you are struck with it now.

TELEPATHY
------------------
- Cleanse should not be aggressive when used on yourself... again.

METAMORPHOSIS
------------------
- Incinerate will go through shield again, I accidentally broke that
earlier.

SURVIVAL
------------------
- You can also shake trees from within the trees now. Previously you
could shake from the skies, which is the reason for these changes.
- RESTORATION will now display which limbs are healed.

FERALITY
------------------
- MANGLE, DESTROY, FACEMAUL, GUT, and LASCERATE will no longer deliver
their afflictions if the attack is parried.
- THROAT, SPLEEN, and GROIN rips had some parry message bugs. I
_think_ I have fixed all the issues with that.
- CLAW and SLASH will only target body parts when you specifically
target them now. If you do not specify a body part when attacking it
will not hit a body part, even if you use targetting. They should
properly show which part you hit as well.
- BITE will show you what bodypart you are hitting now. (when used
with targetting)

LYCANTHROPY
------------------
- Pawguard should parry once more!

WEAPONRY
------------------
- WIPE <weapon> will check your weaponbelt now.

ELEMENTALISM
------------------
- You will be able to cast sandling from the ground again.

CRYSTALISM
------------------
- Portals should appear at the targets elevation now.
- Plague vibe will not get past constitution anymore.
- Lullaby will give you a message if it puts you to sleep now.
- Grounding will stop anything else mass stops, such as convocation,
yanking, and bthrow.
- Retardation (and Aeon) will no longer lowercase the command when it
finally comes through.

WOODLORE
------------------
- Traps laid in directions that do not exist should be wiped now.
