We had a very long (but quite good) town hall meeting today, and I'm
just following up by announcing some of the changes made due to input we
got from it.

- Newbies who have selected no guild or class during the tour will now
properly be able to join any city.

- Artifact Tattoos have been reduced in price from 400 credits to 100
credits.

- Artifact Crystals of Rebirth have been reduced in price from 200
credits to 100 credits.

- Tree tattoo (and other random curing abilities) will now properly cure
blackout.
