- You can now examine things when using mindseye.

- Wings and amulets will no longer allow players to follow them.

- When you slip and fall on icy ground you will now be knocked prone in
that room.

- Secretaries should be able to create and edit projects in their guilds
now.

- Ministers can now edit city help files. Aides cannot.

- When mistforming, vampires will stop following other players now.

- You can now enter portals even when there is water in the room.

- Some 'writhing' afflictions were not displaying messages to other
people in the room if they were shrouded/cloaked, even if the player
had hypersight or lifevision on. All players will now see when someone
writhes free from an affliction.

- Fixed up the clothing code to not show certain articles of clothing
when they are covered up.

- Being on fire will remove any frozen afflictions you may have.

- Lycanthropy return will not work across different continents now.

- You will need to have balance to use the 'sit' command now.

- Books and journals with different titles should no longer group
together in your inventory and room descriptions.

- Several small changes to the liaison report system.
