Various Bugs, Changes, and Fixes.

Some of these have where already fixed but were not reported.
- FORSAKE BLOODGIFT will now return lessons properly.
- Ferality Flurry will stop if the attacker is put to sleep or
otherwise hindered at any point in the attack.
- Setting a player as an enemy or an ally to a house, when they are
already set as one, will no loger double comment the house log.
- Lycanthropy Hardening will now properly be stripped by skills that
do so.
- Org Tells will now capitalise properly
- Subterfuge noose should not have problems when the attacker is
tentacled anymore.
- Fixed a bug with farsight that would allow you to see if a player
was online, even if they were hidden from you.
- Fixed a bug with grove flash where it would only work when both
players were on the ground.
- Prismatic Barrier in groves will not pop up on players who are in
the middle of a behead anymore as they are in the middle of an
agressive action.
- Grove Entangle and Barrier will not hit phased players anymore.
- Whirling your quarterstaff will properly strip certain hiding
defences, but it will not mis-message phased players anymore.
- Moving into isolation will now show movement messages to those
already in isolation.
- Forest Track will not see phased players anymore.
- Grove Shake will now show if a player breaks their legs or not.
Having levitation will stop legs from getting broken, as it always
has. However, anyone who is forced from the trees with grove shake
will now be prone even if they have the levitation defence.
- Swinging up and down was using swimming movement, rather then normal
movement code. This has been changed and may fix some issues, or may
not change anything.
- Rooms with grove cage should be totally locked down now. Any
movement into the trees or on the ground will be impossible. The
only exception will be blackwind, mistform, and newbies level 10 or
lower.
- Fixed a strange message about a 'mirror' when grove summon failed.
- Fixed a bug with the FLAIL and WHIRL commands that sometimes did not
recognize your staff.
- GROVE WHO will only show people on the same plane now. This mainly
effects what you will see when in/out the arena.
- Syssin can only snap players who are in the same phased state. In
other words, you must unphase to snap an unphased player.
- Trying to unphase when not phased is no longer possible.
- You can no longer try to induct phased players as a way to see if
they are online.
- Dstab no longer does any damage, nor has any chance of doing any
damage.
- Vibes and Rites should no longer effect phased players at all.
