- Fixed a bug so that LEAP (Horkval's racial skill, Metamorphosis and
Lycanthropy skillsets) can no longer be done without equilibrium.

- YANK and WORM VORTEX no longer fails if your target is off-balance or
equilibrium, or otherwise hindered so that her movement is restricted.

- Hematurgic ritual crush now properly destroys what you crushed - if it
is meant to be destroyed.

- Lycanthropy/Subterfuge pacing now works properly even if capital
letters are used.

- Forcing abilities can no longer be used to force others to join arena
events.

- Mentis lure now properly clears on quit.

- Several bloodborn afflictions that were not cured through death in the
arena, are now cured properly.

- Some did not gain class when favored to GR3. This is now fixed.
