A few needed changes:

- Jousting, Lancing and Charging will no longer let you attack your
target if there is a wall or door in the way.

- When someone is in Kai Trance, if an ability is used on them that
removes someone from their enemies list, it will ostensibly work,
however they will be saved as a "special" enemy for the length of the
trance, and kai will still be gained from them.

- Due to the above change, I've re-enabled Numerology Changeheart
against those in Kai Trance.
