Forging

As you have all no doubt noticed, the changes to Forging were not quite
as trivial as we might have hoped. What's more, the strenuous schedule
we have with other projects and our attempts to serious bugfixing have
created further problems getting the changes all finished and fixed. For
this reason, I've decided to re-enable a "mixed breed" version of
Forging, because I really don't want to leave an entire skill,
especially one of this importance, disabled any longer.
The status of the Forging I have re-enabled is this: Actual FORGING,
meaning making the item useable, is entirely in the new system. It will
be very quick, and is on automatic delays. Smelting and repairing are
both enabled, though a few days ago I made them give back less and
require more commodities respectively. The only part that is not
entirely in the new system is refining - this is still done with the new
REFINE command, and is still on automatic delays. However it will
require the same number of iterations as previously, so it will not be
anywhere near as fast as the fully new system FORGE command.
Weapon stats themselves should have exactly the same range as before, as
this is what makes refining so slow currently. We -WILL- be changing
refining into the faster version, but I felt it best as I said above,
that the skill was at least functional until then.
