What follows are bug fixes related to various skills.

- A Hematurgy ritual failing will no longer cause an error, and has a
distinctive deathsight message.

- Necromancy Soulstorm can no longer be used while off-balance.

- Casting icewall, firewall or firelash with an enchantment will no
longer have a chance of using up the enchantment if the cast fails for
some reason.

- Illumination Fireblock will now always block burning (though not
damage) from firewalls.

- Behead and Cleave will now only work with swords, battleaxes and
scythes, for what should really be obvious reasons.

- Lycanthropes will no longer use "comforting howls of terror"... one
has to wonder what that would be like though.

- If you have Howling Boneshaking activated, it will now show on DEF.

- Numerology Changeheart can no longer be used against those in a kai
trance.

- Those who are using Kai Deliverance will now have the white nimbus
when seen in a room again.

- Kaido Sight will now allow you to see again after lightwall blinding
as well as normal blinding.
