A few changes, they don't fall into any particular category - some are
bug fixes, some are just misc. changes.

- The lovely Camelia Bahir'an can now luster jewellery in Bloodstones
Parlor in Bloodloch.

- You can now WALK TO ELEUSIS, I'll add it to HELP MONUMENTS
momentarily.

- The Benandanti of Duiran can now be both elected and divinely
appointed, as they wish.

- NTELLS, HTELLS and OTELLS will now properly show specific tells.

- RETURN MOUNT <stable> can no longer be forced.

- Flying mounts will no longer circle lazily to the ground after having
been attacked.

- Falcon Delivering gold will now properly add to the gold in the
person's inventory.

- Double parry and double target will now be cleared when you leave
class (this is retroactive).

- Gaining level 100 previously gave you ten lessons but losing the level
lost you only five, allowing the unscrupulous to use it to gain lessons
for themselves. I thank those people who reported this serious bug, and
I will be checking into the logs to see if anyone was abusing it.
