A few large changes to the undead, the living, and grace.

- We have standardized grace for all players. From now on, all players
will get 2 minutes of grace. No players, undead or living, will
receive permanent grace.

- We have added several new benefits to being living and undead. You
can read about them on HELP UNDEADSTATS or HELP LIVINGSTATS, which
will bring up the same help file. We will be monitoring these
adjustments for the next couple of weeks, and making chages as
needed.
