After some searching, I realized that vigour and sapience were just a
symptom of a bigger problem. Therefore, I've made the following changes
to link:

- Vigour and Sapience will not break link. They will act exactly like
they used to.
- If your health is above or at your maximum health, doing anything that
involves healing (with the exception of vigour) will do nothing for you.
It will not flow over into your mana pool.
- The appropriate change happens for mana and mana healing methods.
