A number of bug fixes that have been highlighted by recent events:

- Tsunami doesn't hit graced people anymore.
- Kai deliverance won't hold if you are following someone.
- Link was never meant to be kept up constantly, nor was it meant to
stack with any other skill that might increase your health. Therefore:

-- Link will drop if you use sapience or vigour
-- Link will cost eq if you already have it up.

- You can no longer have an entourage, spur skywards, track to someone,
and have your entourage on the ground suddenly be there.

I think the intent of these fixes are pretty clear. If I catch anyone
finding ways around this intent, there will be punishments doled out.
