I changed my mind. Due to the fact that alts were abused in this matter,
and Strakc, a member of Bloodloch's militia, logged on his second Karato
to do all the damage, the war system will be closed as soon as I get a
chance to do it, either today or tomorrow.

Don't worry about militia rank, it probably won't exist after the war
system gets back. The former members of Enorian's council are welcome to
contact Me once they are back in the city, and I've removed the
occupation bit. I will reinstate you.
