- As Qeddwyn has indicated, artifact tattoos are now available from the
shop.

- Thanks to Resiak for the idea, artifact tattoos will no longer display
(permanent) but rather something more appropriate.

- Medals of Meritorious Bureaucracy are available in the artifact shop
as well. While they do look smart on any outfit, these medals will also
give you an additional clanslot when you POLISH MEDAL. Beware though,
they are very delicate!
