After 3 1/2 real years, the combat rankings have grown a bit stagnant,
with many people not having moved in the rankings in a very long time
and many others unavailable for challenges to their rank. So, I've
decided to start over fresh and reset the combat rankings entirely.

We'll see how it goes, but my plan is to start doing this every 25 or 50
Aetolian years to keep things dynamic. One minor change you'll notice is
that the honor for having been top ranked in combat is no longer awarded
automatically upon hitting #1 (for hopefully obvious reasons), but
instead when the rankings are reset. On that note, congratulations to
Xzato, who was the top ranked combatant before the reset, as well as to
the others who have been ranked #1 in the past!
