This is a short update aimed at statpacks and bringing them into
balance. Those of you looking forward to more skill updates need not to
worry, there is more on the way.

As a note, everyone has been granted a free reincarnation with these
changes:

Statpacks

- Removed one point from both blunt and cutting resistance for
Powerful.
- Removed one point from magic resistance for Wise.
- Removed one point from endurance regen and added it to willpower
regen for Powerful.
- Moved one point of strength to dexterity for Powerful.
- Moved one point of dexterity to constitution for Agile and
Lithe.
- Added three points to willpower regen and endurance regen for
Experienced.
- Added one point to experience gain for Typical, Normal, Agile,
Lithe, and Experienced.
