Some recent changes, in no particular order:

-You can now change the way tells are sent when the recipient's name is
typed first instead of "tell." Type CONFIG NAMETELL for more information
about this option.
-You can now swing into and out of flooded rooms.
-The numbness defense can no longer be stripped.
-Swinging in trees now requires that you don't have what would be
logical impediments (paralysis, webbed, 2 broken arms, etc.)
-Shrines cannot be sanctified or defiled by phased people.
-A few types of items will now always decay, regardless of whether
they're in a stockroom. Buckets of blood and player heads, for example.
-The creatures of the Totem landmark quest were not recognizing the new
stackable stag horns. This was fixed.
-Numerous minor bugs were fixed.
