-Hives will no longer be destroyed if quitting a class other than Druid

Artifacts

-Paired lockets will no longer teleport you to a partner who is
underground
-Crafting gnomes will now allow you to purchase permits from anywhere
-Cloaks of Obscurity no longer work in Freezetags and Baitgames
-The spirit_anchor artifact power now affects the Entomb ability
-Peripleko's Eye now allows you to squint and glance through hidden
exits

Orders

-Deconstructing a shrine will no longer drain your endurance and
willpower if you don't have enough to begin with
-You can no longer join the congregation of a God if you are a member of
an Order other than that God's
-IH SHRINE will now properly show the shrine's short description
-Characters will be removed as an Order Rep when leaving or being cast
from the Order
-Custom order titles will be removed when leaving or being cast from an
Order
-Cardinal status is cleared when leaving or being cast from an Order
-OTSTELLS # will now properly show the specific tell in the OTS history
-Members of secret congregations that are not members of the Order will
no longer show up as Elders

Cities

-Guards can no longer be retrained as the same type of guard
