Howling/Roaring

- (874) Previously there was a rather complex, not so reliable
formula for determining the cancelation of howls/roars
when two lycans were in the same room. This has been
removed, so lycans will no longer offset or cancel each
other while in the room.

Illumination
------------

- (872) Lightshield will now reset its timer when Evoked while
still active.
