It has come to our attention on multiple instances that there are those
of you who are breaking the rules outlined in HELP SECONDS when it comes
to elections. The wording is very clear in the help file and leaves
little leeway at all for doubt:

[Two or more of your characters voting within the same election,
regardless of their choices.]

Consider this a final warning to those of you with multiple characters
in the same organization who think that it is ok for you to slip in
extra votes. This is not something we have ever tolerated, nor is it
going to be something that will result in a slap on the wrist. If you
are caught voting multiple times in the same election, you will lose
usage of every character involved in the voting, regardless of choice.
