Minor Updates:
- The timer for first aid has been increased to 4 seconds between ticks.
- There was a small change to how the cooldown for vitality was handled,
this should be unnoticeable.
- I have changed both Sanguispect and Vitality to both show when they
are fired even if you are blacked-out at the time.
