- Dhuriv Balancing can be turned off once again.
- Dhuriv now has learning messages. Huzzah!

Woodlore
---------------
- The wolf will no longer detect incorporal players when they
enter an adjacent room.

Subterfuge
---------------
- Using Yank while phased, on a non-phased player, will now pull
you out of phase.

Hypnosis
---------------
- You can no longer hypnotise a player that is going through the
effects of hypnosis.
- Analyse has been fixed and will now display the current state
of your target throughout the entire hypnosis session.
- Seal and the hypnosis tick message are now hidden if you and
the affected player aren't both phased/unphased.
- Death now wipes all hypnosis setups, including deaths in the
arena.

Mentis
---------------
- Mentis Peace will now display the affliction message to the
correct people.

Freezetag
---------------
- FREEZES no longer causes an untrapped error if entered outside
of a game.
- Messages for freezing a player in a direction have been fixed.

Misc
---------------
- The balance loss of being pulled out of Lightform, Blackwind,
and Phase with an eye/firefly sigil is no longer affected by
balance modifiers.
