Multiclass
------------------
- You can now turn off various class related prompt config
options if you don't possess the class. You still won't be
able to turn them on however.
- Quickfoot, Flexibility, and Balancing will no longer carry
over between class switching.
- Earthsense is now stripped when switching class.

Chivalry
------------------
- If you're moved in the middle of Arc (such as due to winning
an arena game), the arc will no longer continue to hit people
in the new room.

Dhuriv
------------------
- Quickfoot now drains 32 endurance every 4 seconds instead of
40 every 5 seconds.
- Balancing mana drain now ticks every 4 seconds instead of
every 5 seconds and has been reduced to compensate.
- Quickfoot, Flexibility, and Balancing are now strippable.

Misc
------------------
- You'll no longer receive a message about shroud/cloak fading
if you don't have the defence to begin with.
