you have not already seen it.

Qeddwyn is now offering the "Polymath" artifact power. This power will
reduce the cooldown time on changing class to one hour.

Qeddwyn is now also selling the Gem of Adaptation artifact, which will
allow you to change statpacks once for every time you change class. Use
the Reincarnate verb without a specified race in order to do so.

Both the Polymath power and the Gem of Adaptation cost 750 Credits.
