Hi everyone!

After a short break from everything, I've come back to update the
outline of SKILLS and NSTAT.

To see the new version of the SKILLS output, you will need to CONFIG
NEWSKILLS ON.

NSTAT, however, you will see without doing anything at all! Those of you
who use MXP will find yourselves able to read your next unread post by
clicking on the word "NEW". Should you not like this output, NSTAT
UNREAD will still use the old format to display your news status.
