I thought you might like to have access to a command the gods have been
using for quite a while: TOPGUILDS. This reports a score in three
categories for each guild, updated every (real) day at midnight GMT. The
first two scores rate 'activity' of novices and full members the
previous day. The third score is an assessment of guild members' votes
for Aetolia on topmudsites.

Using these scores can give you an idea how your guild compares to other
guilds in terms of activity. If your guild consistently scores low, then
it probably needs to work on recruitment of novices and/or training
novices up to full member status more quickly.
