Just a few minor bugfixes to keep everyone in shape. Don't worry, there
are many more to come this month.

| Vision |
- Eclipse and Umbral medallions will now display on Magiclist properly.
- ANGELS will no longer list the angels of players who are in Lightform.
- Discernment will properly reveal the Lover's tarot affliction being
cured.
- Trying to OBSERVE in a Blizzard will no longer spit out strange
messages.

| Miscellanous Skills |

- Warmth, Miasma, and Aegis will now only affect players who are in the
same PHASE state (in or out) as the caster.
- If you already have Warmth/Miasma/Aegis casted on yourself when
another player casts it, you'll keep the timer of the longer effect
instead of always having it down cut to 30 minutes.

- Things that are no longer forcable:
- MIND RADIANCE
- HAVENS <anything>
- END TRANCE
- INPOT

- Fixed an exploit where players were able to force things they
shouldn't have been.

| General |
- Flooding certain locations will no longer create strange forces that
prohibit movement.
