- In liberated 'natural' locations (forest, jungle, swamp, grasslands,
natural underground, and river), Duiran can now fortify troops, their
troops receive a defensive bonus, and they can block non-ally troop
movement - just as other cities can in locations they've captured.

- The forced militia titles were massively unpopular, so they're gone.
Instead, you can use the new command MILITIAWHO <city> to see a complete
list of that city's enlisted militia.

Liberated natural environments cannot be shared as supply lines with
Duiran's allies. This is by design. It is a special property of Duiran
and its troops that allows them to subsist on their home environments
without need for supplies; it's not something they can share with
allies.
