Civilized environments like cities and highways are anathema to the
natural ways of Duiran. Therefore, they will no longer be able to
capture/liberate road or urban environments.

Duiran operates very differently than other organizations in war, so it
can be difficult to strike a balance where they are concerned. In this
case though, it was just far too easy for them to disrupt hard-won
supply lines by sneaking in from any of hundreds of forest locations, so
this change was necessary.
