Order Patrons may now appoint Order Champions and Order Representatives.

Order Representatives will show up on HELP <God> and also have an honors
line to go with it.

Order Champions will have an honors line showing themselves as one.
Additionally, they will be the only person who has access to the Avatar
shrine power, which will turn them (for a limited time, at great shrine
energy cost and only while within the influence of a major shrine) into
an Avatar of their patron.
