A witch has cast an evil spell over the continent of Sapience, causing
everyone's "Heart's Desire" to be lost and changed into Hearts of
Darkness. As if this were some weird game, the witch has decided to sell
special items in exchange for the Hearts of Darkness. She can be found
at North of Trees.

These items are:

1 Heart - A Heart of Darkness ring.
A mysterious ring, set with a Heart of Darkness gem.

3 Hearts - An elixir of love.
After you drink the elixir, the first person you BLOWKISS to will fall
madly in love with you for a time.

5 Hearts - A box of chocolates.
A seemingly bottomless box of chocolates. GET CHOCOLATE FROM BOX.

8 Hearts - A token of fame.
Purchasing this item will increase your fame throughout the land.

25 Hearts - A Heart of Darkness vial.
An artifact vial set with a Heart of Darkness gem.


To obtain a Heart of Darkness, you must forth CALLFORTH HEARTSTRING to
summon your Heartstring Bow. With the bow summoned, you can then SHOOT
<player> [<direction>]. If someone is hit three times in quick
succession, and you land the third hit, you will take their Heart of
Darkness. If you have been shot by a Heartstring Bow, there is a short
delay before you may use your own bow. If you lose your Heart of
Darkness, you will unable to use your Heartstring Bow completely until
your Heart regenerates in 30 minutes time.

The event will last for 24 hours, finishing at 4:30 GMT 15th February.
