Conscripted guards can now optionally be ordered to SENTINEL. This is
similar to ordering them to GUARD, except that guards in sentinel mode
will disregard nearby calls for help, remaining at their posts instead.
They will leave their posts if necessary to pursue an enemy, but should
return there directly afterward.
