Small change I forgot, which would leave Cooks confused if I didn't
announce it:

You no longer should place the recipe's ingredients in your cooking
implement. All ingredients should be kept your inventory. This will
allow Cooks to properly utilize the COOK <1-50> <design> command to make
multiple things at once.
