One of our many talented Celani, Perplexa, threw together design
concepts on two new talents. We all thought it was good, so with her
designing skills and my coding skills combined, we bring you Luthier and
Ventier.

Luthier allows you to create a variety of stringed instruments using the
GRAPH command.
And Ventier lets you create a variety of wind instruments using the
CHART command.

Both talents cost 75 credits, and the teachers can be found within a new
music section of the Grand Aetolian Library.

It's worth noting that you ASK both teachers about their WARES, as they
both sell some vital components for the designs.

It's also worth noting that the talents just let you create the items -
they are roleplay items. However, we'll be looking at various methods of
implementing songcraft in the future.
