Forgot this:

There will be a CTF held this Saturday at the Howling (0:00 GMT) so that
we may evaluate any issues and imbalances with it. The winning city of
this practice CTF will not win the statue and it will remain with its
current city until the monthly CTFs start.

(We may be nice and give the city a blessing though!)
