Paperless crafting - Final

Long overdue, but paperless crafting has now been finalized! Here's what's
changed:

* The DESIGN verb can now be used in place of the NEWD verb
- You can still use NEWD though, for those too lazy to update aliases
- You'll need to update your sewing/carving/etc aliases though, see below.

* There is a DESIGNCONVERT <type> command, which will convert a paper design
to a paperless design.
- You can do DESIGNCONVERT <type> ALL to convert all paper designs that
match <type> into a paperless diagram.
- This is free to do, and the paper design will be deleted in the process.
- Regardless, all paper designs will be deleted in one real life month.

* The crafting shops have been turned into paperless crafting shops. To get a
design from them, follow these steps:
- Have a draft paperless design.
- Check the shop's WARES
- Have the gold needed to cover the copy fee on hand (listed in wares)
- DESIGN <draft#> COPY <shop#>

* The decay on paperless designs has now been turned on.

* You can now DESIGN <#> RENEW.
- This will cost 100 gold, and will set the months back to 150.

* You can also do DESIGN RENEW ALL

* If a design reaches 0 months left, it will "expire".
- Expired designs can't be used until they've been renewed.
- If a design remains expired for 30 months, it will be deleted.

* You can DESIGN LIST EXPIRED

* You can do DESIGN <#> AUTOPAY ON/OFF
- When a design with autopay on expires, it will automatically
deduct funds from any bank accounts you have to renew the
design.

* Designs can be set permanent with DESIGN <#> PERMANENCE ON/OFF
There are conditions for this:
- Anyone with an artifact craftbook (belonging to them) in their
inventory can set 50 designs permanent per craftbook.
- Anyone transcendant in a crafting skill can set 10 designs from
that skillset permanent.
- All of this is cumulative.

* You can now craft your designs in quantities!
- SEW <#> <design>
- CARVE <#> <design>
- And so on.

* That reminds me, the syntax to create items is now:
- SEW/CARVE/etc <design> instead of SEW DESIGN <design>.

* The DIAGRAMS/RECIPES/PATTERNS/LAYOUTS/MOLDS verbs now perform the same
function as DESIGN LIST APPROVED WOODCRAFT/COOKING/etc.

* Some of you will probably still want these commands to sort out your paper
designs for conversion, as such OLDDIAGRAMS/OLDRECIPES/etc are available.
