Bug fixes and Misc changes

Animation
- Golem Speak and Golem Emote have had their locations switched.
- Flesh golems will no longer look like dead clay golems, when they die.
Chivalry
- Falcon Feed will now work correctly with the 'new' snake vermin in
Enorian.
Crystalism
- Constitution from Bliss and Kaido should now only block appropriate
afflictions rather than all afflictions from the plague vibe.
Devotion
- Fixed a typo in the focus rite message.
- Changed Priest to Luminary in the 4th segment of Devotion learning
messages.
Domination
- Call entities now has less confusing message for the dominator when
their entities are in the room with them.
- Dominators can no longer be forced to summon Golgotha.
Elementalism
- Blast now takes eq when hitting reflected players
Groves
- Groves will no longer insta vanish when portibility is used in a
FreeForAll.
Hematurgy
- Sanguispect will now correctly be removed when you quit the Bloodborn
class.
Howling/Roaring
- Forceful howl/roar now has a new third person message, which is less
misleading than the old one was.
- Fixed a typo in the 'You are already Howling/Roaring that.' message
for Sensitivity and Plodding
- When using ROAR <player> as a Bahkatu, you will no longer be seen
howling at your target.
Jewelcraft
- You can now wear 2 anklets and 4 bracelets. Rather than the old limits
of 1 anklet or a pair of socks and 2 bracelets.
Kaido
- Kai Banish now requires the target to be on the same elevation as the
user.
- Deliverance will now drop if you are shaken from the trees.
- Deliverance now has a room message for when it ends.
Lycanthropy
- Rest will now take less balance to use.
- Typo fixed in the MUTATE INTO LYCANTHROPE message.
- Stealth will no longer attempt to put up/take down the defence if it
is already up/down. It will also no longer use equilibrium when
attempting to put it up/down when it is already up/down.
- Bracing will no longer take balance if it is already up and will now
give the correct message, if used when already up.
- Bracing and Metabolize will now correctly drop when you mutate out of
your lycanthrope form.
- Bracing can now be stripped by any/all random defence stripping
skill(s).
Metamorphosis
- Sloth Morph: Rest will now take less balance to use.
- Typo fixed in the POWERS list of the Gorilla morph.
Misc
- Letters via the post office will now return the correct messages when
they are too short. Also, the BRIBE rate has been reduced to a fixed
rate of 1000.
- Clerks should no longer try to mail letters on the ground in a post
office instead of letters in a players inventory.
- Blind and Deaf players will no longer know/hear if someone murmurs to
them, unless they have the mindseye defence, or equiv thereof, up.
- Deaf players, who are not blind, will now see when players attempt to
murmur to them while they are Deaf. They will not hear anything however
unless if they do not have the mindseye defence, or equiv thereof, up.
- Stag horns have about a 75% chance of dropping. This means that not
every stag will always drop stag horn but there is a high chance that
one will. Also, remember, this is 3 out of -every- 4 killed and not just
the ones you have personally killed.
- When you do not have enough gold to pay shop taxes, the fail message
will now better reflect this.
- CLANS will now display if you are clan leader.
- When enemying someone, if they are already an enemy and you have a
full enemy list. You will now be informed that they are already an
enemy, rather than that you have a full list of enemies.
- You now require balance to DIVE - This applies to stupidity/other
afflictions causing it as well.
- CONFIG PROMPT SPARK OFF will now display the correct message.
- UNCITIZEN should now display the correct message when a non existent
player is targetted.
- When BESEECHing your God, you must now wait for equilibrium to return
before being able to beseech again. Furthermore, equilibrium costs will
no longer stack with each additional beseech.
- When you do not have enough gold to preserve a letter, you will
recieve a new message without the flaws of the old one.
Necromancy
- Rot will not longer hurt players if the rotted person is in mistform
of blackwind.
- Returning to 'human' form, from Blackwind, now has a short equilibrium
cost on it.
- Soulmask will now be stripped correctly, when you quit any class which
possesses Necromancy.
Numerology
- Absorb should now correctly allow the cabalist to wake up when
unconsciousness is absorbed.
- Switch will no longer cost the cabalist 4 seconds equilibrium in the
middle of combat, if used while Link is up. Link will however still drop
and a new message has been added on the cabalist's side to show this.
Spirituality
- Rebounding will no longer come up while judgement is being used.
Tekura
- Vault now requires both balance and equilibrium to be used. It
previously required neither.
Venoms
- Loki will now deliver prefarar again.
Vision
- Hypersight now requires you to include ON/OFF when
activating/deactivating it and can no longer be turned on when it is
already going.
Woodcraft
- Player made combs will no longer be able to be used as part of a
quest. Furthermore, they will no longer reset and be created non
decaying. (This was only happening with various combs, not all).
