More Bashing Changes

This is a minor thing but it's something I've wanted to get done for a
while, so, here it is. You know when you probe an NPC it's always given
you some little reading on its strength, something along the lines of
"Sasvilya glows with nearly god-like power." or "A black rat looks weak
and feeble." No one has really ever paid much attention to them past the
newbie level, and for good reason. They operate on a more or less fixed
level scale, so a mobile of any level is always going to appear either
incredibly strong or incredibly weak, regardless of how strong you are.
No more!
I just loaded a change that will now make this readout on PROBE relative
to your own level. The exact formula is somewhat archaic and not really
necessary to go into, but ultimately it works out such that there are
seven levels of strength representing mobiles considered a "weaker"
level than you, seven levels of strength representing mobiles considered
a "stronger" level than you, and one that is about equivalent to you.
Mobs over a very high level threshold are considered nearly god-like to
everyone, irrespective of their own level, but otherwise these strength
levels will change depending on your own level, so they can serve as a
(somewhat) more effective guideline to your bashing activities than
previously.
