Bashing Changes

Two changes were made that will have some minor impact on bashing and
should be noted:
1. If a mobile is aggressive to you in any way, attacking it will take
precedence over any other mobile. So let's say there are two orcs in a
room:
"orc95876" an orc scout. (completely healthy)
"orc108241" an orc scout. (completely healthy)
Normally, attacking an orc with, say, PUNCH ORC, would always target the
first orc in the list, in this case orc95876. Now, if orc108241 was
aggressive, it would start to attack you either way. If you did PUNCH
ORC, you would previously STILL attack orc95876, even though orc108241
is up in your face already.
Now, however, PUNCH ORC in the scenario described above will ignore
orc95876, because he isn't already attacking you, and skip down to
orc108241, the more immediate threat. Many of you already hunt by
number, and that's still fine, but this will be useful in some
circumstances.
2. Aggressive mobiles now target a potential target at random.
Previously, any time you were hunting in a group, there would inevitably
be one person who (for reasons arcane and knowable only by the Divine)
would always be attacked by aggressive mobiles. This is no longer the
case. Now, unless the mobile is already aggressive towards one
particular person, the aggressive mob will randomly select a potential
target out of all those in the room and attack that person first.
