Wanted to give a heads up on a few modifications I've made.

First off, I've increased the maximum number of herbs that can be
harvested in a given month by Concoctionists. I've also removed seasonal
growth limitations, although at some point we may be switching to a
slowed-growth system, rather than the all-or-nothing approach. I'm not
sold either way on this, but we shall see.

I have also made a number of modifications to Tekura accuracy to address
some concerns that have been expressed. I'm unsure the extent to which
these changes will have an impact on the Zealot and Monk class combat
efficacy, so we will be monitoring this change and adjusting as
necessary.
