He was known to possess a great deal of business partners, all of whom held eccentric interests of their own.

Owing to irregularities surrounding the circumstances of his death, the matter was retained beneath formal civic investigation by the offices of Esterporean Constabulary and its Mercantile Arbitration agents. While persistent speculation amongst dockworkers, traders, and itinerant adventurers has alleged foul play, Esterport has issued no definitive public conclusion regarding responsible parties.
