The dance of madness

Bury them deep, I whispered with a smile,
Let your soul be swallowed by the wild,
When the shadows descend and fade away,
It's just the price of the dance I play,

Blazing sun burns my vision bright,
The abyss, as vast as the void of night,
I care not where youa e been or how you tread,
It's just my work amongst the dead.

The wind, a delirious whisper on my skin,
Dust mingles with tears where chaos begins,
I bid farewell, yet it holds no sway,
As echoes of madness beckon me astray.

Bury them deep, let their screams be lost,
No phantoms return to haunt at whata cost,
This town teems with wraiths and fiends,
Ready to devour the hands that feed.

Penned by my hand on Kinsday, the 17th of Celes, in the year 3 AC.
