- Those protected by divine grace may no longer offer at shrines. The
reason for the change was that most people who were offering while
graced were using their grace as a shield to defile shrines with little
fear of retribution.
- Most landmark-related activities are similarly no longer possible to
perform while enjoying divine grace.
- Keys can now open up to 4 different locks (previously 2).
- Duiran benandanti now act as 'city leaders' for many organization
functions
- Use of the market channel will drain a small amount of willpower.
- Militia recruits may now be promoted one rank immediately upon joining
- The Vision ability Telesense now drains some mana while in use.
- A small amount of Blood will be regained when a starburst tattoo
activates
- Angel shine now respects divine grace
- An enemy to a city cannot be invited to join the city unless first
unenemied
