New Sehal is strictly the province of smaller mortals, open only to the 
very young of the realm by the distrustful Imps. More seasoned adventurers are welcome to explore Sehal, but will find their experience will prevent them from earning gold within the glorious Impire.            

If you don't know your way to New Sehal by foot, and if you have use of 
the PORTALS ability (only for people under level 30 - type STAT to see  
if you have any portal trips left), you may go WEST from the location   
that PORTALS takes you to.
