You, as an 'active leader', are the one to whom I spoke about mending the relationship between our two organizations when this all began. You are the one who refused every offer I mounted and offered no suggestions of your own to unite us.

It is one of your citizens we did not kill for defending during the raid, because we knew our purpose for bringing this fight to your door and it was not for the mere love of terrorism.
