Citizens of Sapience,

We, the Council of Five of the city of Delve, would like to publically address inquiries into whether we will be opening our celebration grounds to celebrate the turning of the decade.

Due to tensions that have arisen amongst your people in regard to our own culture and religions, we have decided to keep our celebration grounds closed this year, and we will not be inviting you to our Celebration of the Stars.

Our borders will remain open for matters of trade, diplomacy and research - but we no longer feel comfortable letting you share in our culture.
