Few changes

Bug fixes:

- The smart skill lookup (when you AB <skillname>) will now bring up a skill you possess first.

Combat tweaks:

- The first hit of Spectre reverted back to shadow damage, changed from magic.
* Bit overnerfed, should be a little bit stronger then what it currently is.
- Stiffness flat dodge rate reduction lowered to 3%, down from 10%.
* It was overly high, almost completely negating dodge for most people. Not the intention here.
- If you are afflicted by a curable affliction, you can no longer use Banish.
* Too strong of a reset in 1v1 (main reason) and a little bit too versatile in teams.
* Excludes bruising afflictions as the counter is a shared function with other skills.

I will be leaving any further combat tweaks for now until classlead time, barring bugs and/or significant outliers.
