These all have LOOKUP entries, and HELP SPECIAL COMMODITIES and HELP METALS have been updated.

Additionally, several ingredients across the realm have had their prices modified, notably: pahpanvel, paroz, kav, kesgish, skysilver, shieldbark, and klaio bronze.
